The first one had to be sent back to Amazon (no problem there) for an exchange due to it not holding air at all. The 2nd one held up just fine for about 4 1/2 months. A baffle or something popped inside the mattress and it became unusable. Those two were one step down from this one. I have been using my 3rd Intex twin for about a month now and it is very comfortable and holding up well. I use it as a regular bed for me, so I do not inflate/deflate every night. One thing I DON'T like about this mattress IS the "pillow rest". I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders and I need a flat surface to sleep on. I just use several blankets to "fill in" the middle area and put my head where my feet should be and it's fine.It was difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. The pillow rest is really comforting & can be used as a comfort back rest when pushed against a wall I have not deflated the bed at all since i'd inflated it around 2 months ago and its still in good hard condition, yea i've got to pump it around once a week....but jut a little bit.
