I was amazed of the thickness and durability of it. The included inflator took no time at all to blow up the bed. It's top was very plush and comfortable. I bought it for my 9 year old granddaughter. She wanted her room in Zebra print. i promised this to her if she would move out of hers parents room, it worked. Been sleeping in it since Christmas Day. We have used this bed several times and it has done well. The reason I purchased it is because we were going to stay at my sister-in-laws house for a few nights at Christmas time and needed a bed. It stayed well inflated for the 3 nights that we were there. I did add air to it after the 2nd night, but didn't have to add much and the biggest reason I added air is because my husband likes the bed to be firm. I weigh around 180 and my husband weighs around 220 and the bed didn't shift too much when one of us moved. It does make a slight noise when one or the other moves, but it didn't seem to bother either one of us. My husband even made a comment that he slept better on it than he did on our bed at home. I have had no problems with air leaks so far. used it 3 nights in a row. just make sure you have it filled firmly with air otherwise you will feel like you are rolling into the person next to you. The only down side so far for me is the strong vinyl smell. maybe after awhile it will go away but for now it is still just as strong smelling as when I first removed it from the box. overall it's a nice airbed very comfortable. |
